Storm Clouds

All my luck has gone, forsaken,
where all my hopes for us had bloomed.
I feel my sorrows all so akin
to the hollow where our love once roomed.
That void in me will not quit aching,
for all my love for you is doomed.

So, tell me now where are the gains,
when everything feels drenched by pains? Our song is sung, no more soft strains,
but thunderstorms that flood my veins.

And all my dreams are locked in chains behind a cloud that never rains.
